Tastes like Chinese take-out but it’s made with cauliflower instead of rice! Genius! I served it with grilled chicken & shrimp on the side, and eggrolls from the frozen section. I know, I know, the eggrolls are full of crap and defeat the purpose of making the healthy main dish. But I only ate half of one, and technically I’m still just experimenting with cooking – not fully in the detox yet. 😉
12yo Jacob did not like the cauliflower fried rice (no surprise) but Logan, AB, and I did. I can make this when I’m on the cleanse diet with one exception – coconut aminos in place of the tamari (for soy sauce flavor, minus the soy). Oh and of course skip the eggrolls.
