My son Logan is visiting my mom in New Mexico for the first time this week. He’s been having a blast – staying busy and… shopping. Check out his new cowboy hat, southwestern shirt and southwestern belt ensemble. What a handsome dude!!
Looks like a nice view of the mountains – who knew there were mountains in the desert?!
Mom and Logan went sledding down the sand dunes. They tried to arrive early so the sand wasn’t scorching hot, but being that Logan is 13 and takes a while to get going in the morning, they didn’t actually make it there until about 11:00 and the sand was already heating up. Logan said there was sand for as far as the eye could see!
Logan has several more adventures planned in New Mexico before he flies to Minnesota to spend the remainder of the summer with his dad. Looks like his summer is getting off to a fun and adventurous start!
