This afternoon Pandora played Scott D. Davis’s piano solo version of Sweet Child O’ Mine and I have just one word to describe it.
Wow.
I’m generally not a fan of Guns N Roses, but Mr. Davis interpreted that horrid song into something beautiful that I could listen to over and over. Just… wow. I loved it so much that I immediately looked him up on amazon.com, listened to a few samples of his music, and purchased his entire album titled “Rockfluence”. He has another album too called Pianotarium – Piano Tribute To Metallica. I was torn between which of the albums to purchase and opted for Rockfluence because it includes my favorite Metallica song:Â Nothing Else Matters. I may purchase the Pianotarium another day. Good stuff.
