2200 mAh battery vs. 7000 mAh battery in my S3.
This 2200 mAh battery is 100 mAh larger than the stock battery – I bought several of these because they fit in the S3 without a different cover, and I needed several to get through a day without charging. The shot on the left is the 2200 mAh battery. Notice there is only 3% remaining when I took this screenshot, and I did charge it a little bit (maybe 20 minutes). Wifi was turned off most of this 6hrs.
The shot on the right is the 7000 mAh battery. It stayed alive for 39 hours with no charge, and still 17% remaining!
The 7000 mAh battery comes with a choice of black case or blue case… I have the blue but would recommend the black because blue gets dirty very quickly and it’s impossible to clean (I’ve tried everything). It’s bulky and heavy, but to me it’s worth it because losing a charge is more of an inconvenience than the bulk and added weight.
2 days, 3 hours, 12 minutes on a single charge… and still 1 hr 7 minutes remaining, according to my BatteryMinder Pro app. Some people call my battery fat, I call it “more to love”.
