  • 6 ounces medium sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 ounces swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces of Yuengling Light Lager
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
